Assuming responsibility for a portfolio of wealth assets and going concern entities for select entrepreneurial families and corporate subsidiaries. Robert relies heavily on his experience as a former Citibanker where he structured and approved large commercial transactions. Robert has lead the acquisition of substantial real estate assets which include multi-unit complexes and large real estate development projects and going concern commercial entities, both locally and overseas. These types of transactions, have become a staple of Robert’s core accomplishments as well as advising and structuring wealth management platforms for tax and succession planning implicit in many of these types of structures. Robert is passionate about his vision for Taylor Law Williams Salmon and has pushed his personal and professional limits through innovating the way clients experience the practice of law.

Robert J Taylor, BSc. LLB, MBA is managing partner of Taylor Law Williams Salmon. With an educational background in both law and business Robert’s early professional career in corporate banking and finance provides him with a unique perspective on legal matters. Robert has proven competence in law and family wealth management.

Meet Courtney M. Williams

Senior Partner

Courtney M. Williams, a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of the West Indies and the Norman Manley Law School, was called to the Jamaican Bar in 2007. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Relations. Since he began practising, his career path included tenures at leading legal institutions in Jamaica. He has had over a decade of experience at DunnCox, Attorneys-at-Law, and was promoted to a Partner in its Litigation Department where he served for several years. Upon leaving DunnCox, he served briefly as the Assistant Vice-President, Legal, at Guardian Life Limited before transitioning as a sole practitioner in February 2020. Mr. Williams is an experienced Attorney-at-Law, with a wide range of competencies in civil litigation. He focuses his practice in the areas of family law, matters related to mortgage claims, land and construction law as well as personal injury and defamation claims. He also provides legal opinions and support to both individual and companies on matters related to employment law, banking, insurance, and insolvency matters as well as corporate and commercial disputes. Mr. Williams is an active member of the Jamaican Bar Association where he currently serves as a member of its Industrial Relations and Continuing Legal Education sub-committees. He also has a strong commitment to education and has served as a member of the advisory board of the Jamaica Teaching Council since 2014. He previously served as Chairman and Legal Adviser of the Board of Management of the Melrose Primary and Junior High School and is now currently the Legal Adviser to the Greater Portmore High School Board of Management.

Meet Stacy-Ann Salmon

Attorney

Stacy-Ann was admitted to practice in Jamaica in 2012. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours from the University of the West Indies in 2010, and thereafter, her Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School. Stacy-Ann heads the firm’s Conveyancing and Probate Department and has conduct of the administration of estates and real estate transactions on behalf of the firm’s corporate and individual clients. Her legal experience is complemented with 5 years’ experience at the National Land Agency where her legal practice focused on property and conveyancing matters, leases and estate management. Stacy-Ann is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association.

Meet Annikee Black

Paralegal

Annikee is a Paralegal, with over 15 years’ experience in Real Estate & Conveyancing. She has worked in both the Public and Private Sectors for Notable Agencies and Companies, such as the National Land Agency and New Era Homes 2000 Ltd. Annikeeis currently on assignment with West Indies Home Contractors Ltd.

Meet Arlene Lindo

Paralegal

Arlene Lindo is a Legal Secretary with over 14 years' experience in Real Estate and Conveyancing among other areas of the law. She has worked with other notable law firms prior to joining Taylor Law Williams Salmon in July 2019.
